Space is an innovative and constantly evolving sector. To ensure European competitiveness, professional skills must be constantly developed, adopted and improved. Through a series of surveys and desk research, STARS*EU has identified the skills required for space R&I (universities, space agencies, RTOs & others) and the industry. More information can be found in the attached factsheet.
Moreover, competitiveness of the EU space sector depends on the availability of high educational standards and skilled professionals. A space vocabulary has been developed to enable comparability. The attached factsheet summarizes the curricula and courses available in the EU.
