The CELPACT consortium warmly invites you to participate in a "Cellular Structures" related Workshop, to be held on September 11, 2009 in EADS Munich (Ottobrunn), Germany.

The main objective of the workshop is to create a forum where academia and industry can share knowledge on the recent developments and possible future applications of Cellular structures in the aircraft, marine and civilian structures, as well as to identify the critical elements of design, production and service of Cellular materials that can lead to innovative damage tolerance of structures. The specific thematic areas which will be addressed in the Conference are:

Novel energy absorbing CM structures, Improved damage tolerant composite sandwich structure and Advanced computational methods for design of sandwich structures".
