On March 23rd the EASN Technical workshop took place in Athens.

Through the extended participation of IG leaders, National contact points and other EASN members to this successful event the following issues were discussed:

• Suggestions on reactivating and upgrading the role of the EASN IGs

• Increasing the EASN scientific activities

• Suggestions on rendering the EASN Association self sustainable

• European Research in Aeronautics - Preparing the Future

• Potential endorsed proposals by EASN for the upcoming 3rd FP7 call
