2nd announcement of the  
EASN WORKSHOP ON AEROSTRUCTURES
To be held on October 7th & 8th at the EADS-IW premises in Suresnes, Paris - France

In the frame of EASN knowledge and innovation dissemination activities, the first workshop organized by the EASN Association aims to offer its participants a forum to present the latest advancements in the area of Aerostructures. Presentations include, but are not limited to, scientific papers linked to ongoing or completed research projects as well as research advancements made from EASN Interest groups members.
Participants from Industrial and research organizations are also cordially invited to the workshop for presenting scientific papers and/ or research results linked to ongoing research activities in the field.

The workshop is focused on the area of Aerostructures, including

• Metallic Materials & basic processes
• Non-Metallic Materials & basic processes
• Composite Materials & basic processes
• Advanced Manufacturing Processes &   Technologies
• Structural Analysis and Design
• Aero-elasticity
• Buckling, Vibrations and Acoustics
• Smart Materials and Structures
• Structures behaviour and Material Testing

All papers will be judged by a group of Referees and published in the proceedings on a CD. Selected papers will be published, following to peer review, in special issues of relevant Scientific Journals which will be announced soon.
