The Editor-in-Chief of Aerospace and the editorial team, are pleased to announce the invitation for applications for two Travel Awards (650 Swiss Francs each) for PhD students to attend a conference.

The nominations and applications will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee presided by the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Konstantinos Kontis.

Candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Applicants must be PhD students involved in aeronautics and astronautics areas.
• Applicants will present their research (oral presentation or poster) at a conference from July 2019 to June 2020.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

• Outline of current and future research
• CV, including a complete list of publications
• The conference you will attend and the abstract that will be presented (list the conference name and its website)
• A letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director or department head which also confirms the applicant?s status as PhD student
